Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for digital courses and consultations under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days: If you purchase a course or consultation and have not accessed the course content (for courses) or the service has not been provided (for consultations), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days: Refunds are not available once you have accessed course content, attended a consultation, or used the educational materials provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Downloaded digital guides and workbooks (once accessed)
• Courses after initial access to content
• Consultations after the service has been provided
• Group workshops or events after they have commenced
• Gift purchases or promotional items

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the funds.

5. Cancellation of Consultations

Consultations may be cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the payment. Rescheduling is available at no extra charge if requested within 48 hours.

6. Course Access & Digital Content

Once a course has been accessed or digital content downloaded, access rights are granted indefinitely for your personal use. Course content cannot be returned or refunded, as it is a digital educational product.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• You have accessed course content or downloaded materials
• Your refund request is outside the 14-day window
• Payment was made with a stolen or unauthorized method
• The request appears fraudulent or abusive

8. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing course content or materials, contact us at info@holisticdrainal.world. We will resolve technical problems or provide refunds if the issue cannot be resolved.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a refund dispute arises, please contact us in writing at info@holisticdrainal.world. We will respond within 5 business days with our decision.

10. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. For purchases made before the policy change, the previous policy terms apply.
